BRISTOL — The 2010 Connecticut Academic Performance Test results released last week by the state show Bristol students are below the state average overall. When the numbers are broken down to compare African-American and Hispanic students, however, “we are dramatically higher than the state average,†said Dr. Susan Moreau, deputy superintendent.
